Episode 17: Staying Healthy while Social Distancing

So you might have heard that something changed in the world recently. Whenever something big changes in your life it can be difficult to adapt, and even harder to keep your health up. When you feel as though everything is falling apart it can be tempting to stay up late and forgo sleep to try and keep things together. This is always bad advice, but it is especially bad during a Global Health Pandemic. In this episode we discuss how to maintain your Three Pillars of Health (Exercise, Food, Sleep), with specific examples of how Evan and Aidan have adapted to Social Isolation. Hint: It involves couches, Sourdough Bread, and Yoga.
